<div itemprop="description">LeBlanc-Simard, Anna, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, September 15, 2016, at the age of 84. <br> <br> Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Henri and Marguerite Leger. <br> <br>Anna was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by her children, Maria (Leo-Jean) Allain, Robert Jr. (Geraldine) LeBlanc , Late Yvonne Smythe, Alice (Claude) Gautreau, Helene LeBlanc-Baird; twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. <br> <br>She was predeceased by her husband Rene Simard. <br> <br>A Service to Celebrate her life will be held in the chapel at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Monday, September 19, 2016 at 7:00pm with visitation held from 5:00 pm until time of service. <br> <br> <br> <br>The family would like to thank the staff at The Moncton Hospital Palliative Care unit for their care and compassion. <br> <br> <br> <br>Interment will be at Fair Haven Cemetery. <br> <br> <br> <br>The family would appreciate donations to a charity of the donor’s choice. <br> <br></div>
