<div itemprop="description">Dell, Bernice of Petitcodiac passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on July 20, 2016 at the age of 93.<br>Born in Tracy, NB, January 2, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Trueman and Edna (DeWitt) Wood. <br>Bernice joined the Royal Canadian Air Force (Women’s Division) in April, 1942 and was stationed in Dauphin, Manitoba where she met her husband Bill. She enjoyed travelling, gardening, dancing and getting her hair done. She also enjoyed the campfires, singing, music and her time spent at their summer home in Grand Lake with all her family.<br>She was treasurer for many years, for both the Petitcodiac Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #41 and the Petitcodiac Senior Citizens Club. <br>Bernice is survived by and will be remembered by her children; Sandra (Jack) Richardson, Carl (Debbie) Dell, Sharon (Lawson Dornan) Dell, grandchildren; April (Kent) Steeves, Angel (Shaun) Boyd, Colby (Chrissy) Dell, Shanna Dell, great grandchildren; Preston, Graydon, Chloe, Nolan and her many nieces and nephews. <br>Aside from her parents, Bernice was predeceased by her husband William Dell and her sister Doris Steeves.<br>Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with visitation on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 12:00pm until 1:45pm. A Legion Service will be held at Fair Haven by the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #41, at 2:00pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:15pm. Interment will take place in Fair Haven Cemetery. Donations in Bernice’s memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. <br>Arrangements entrusted to Fair Haven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton, (506) 852-3530.</div>
