David is survived by his wife Eileen, daughter Crystal, four grandchildren, two sisters and many nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by both parents, two sisters and one brother. <br /> <br />Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22, from 7:00 - 9:00 pm. A memorial service celebrating David&rsquo;s life will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home, on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 7:00pm. <br /> <br />Interment will be at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. <br /> <br />Memorial donations can be given to the family, as a living memorial in David&rsquo;s memory. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></div>
