<div itemprop="description">Atkinson, Dawn, passed away at her Bass River home, July 25, 2016, at the age of 65. <br>Born in McAdam, New Brunswick on, February 23rd, 1951, Dawn was the daughter of the late James Donald and Mildred Elizabeth Gallupe. <br>Dawn was a loving wife to Douglas Lloyd, her husband of 40 years. She will be fondly remembered as an adoring mother, sister, aunt and Nana; Dawn always showered her children, and especially her grandchildren, with love and affection. She will also be remembered for her love of cooking and baking, always excited to try out a new recipe for her family during summer weekends at the cottage. Dawn dedicated her life to her family. <br>She is survived by her sons Ryan (Amanda) and Brent (Erin) Atkinson of Moncton, NB, sister Karen Gallupe of Moncton, NB, sister Deborah Carr of Barrie, ON, grandson Benjamin and granddaughter Lauren, niece Erica, and nephews Jordan and Joshua. <br>Visitation on will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Fair Haven Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 10:00am at Fair Haven Funeral Home with interment to follow in Fair Haven Cemetery. <br>As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. <br>Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fair Haven Funeral Home, 1177 Salisbury Road, Moncton (506) 852-3530. <br></div>
