Dorice Cormier
August 19, 1936 - March 3, 2017
Cormier, Dorice, passed away peacefully at the Villa du Repos of Moncton on Friday, March 3rd, 2017 at the age of 80. She was the wife of the late Donald Cormier. Born in Grand-Digue on August 19, 1936; she was the daughter of the late Oliver Leger and Cordelia Chenard.
She will be greatly missed by her children: Marcel (Nicole), Gilles, Denise (Robbie); her adopted son, Paul (Gina); her grandchildren: Nathalie, Marcel, Ashley, Ronnie, Janice, Joey, Bobbie, Krystyl; 15 great grandchildren; her brother, Louie (Hermonde); her sister, Rhea (Medric) as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband, she is predeceased by 4 sisters: Lucienne, Yvonne, Beatrice and Jeanne as well as one brother, Adelard.
Visitation will take place at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 8th, from 7pm to 9pm. A Memorial Service will be held at the Fair Haven Chapel on Thursday, March 9th, at 3pm followed by a reception.
The family would like to thank the entire staff of the Villa du Repos in Moncton for the great care provided to Dorice.
In memory of Dorice, a donation to the charity of the donor’s choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
