<div itemprop="description">Dorice Léger, 90, of Moncton passed away at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on June 20, 2016. Born in Légerville, St. Paul, NB, she was the daughter of the late Amand and Elmire (Robichaud) Gaudet. Dorice is survived by her sons, Fernand, Louis (Lyda) and Omer; daughters, Felice (Barry), Annette (Bill) and Caroline, four grandsons and four granddaughters; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Bernice and Odette. <br> <br>Besides her late husband Lionel and her parents, she was predeceased by siblings; Yvon, Ovila, Phil, Rita, Thérèse, Albéo, Armand, Oscar and Guy. <br> <br>Dorice was an avid gardener, dressmaker, and quilter. <br> <br>A Funeral mass will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at Notre Dame de Grâce Church, 854 Mountain Road, Moncton. A reception will follow. Interment for both Lionel and Dorice will take place at the St. Paul Church Cemetery, St. Paul de Kent, NB on July 27, 2016 at 1:00 pm. A reception will follow the graveside service. <br> <br>The family would like to extend a special thank you to the many people who provided support and home care for her to be able to remain in her own home until just a few weeks ago. Thank you as well to the Bénaise Nursing Home for providing a wonderful substitute for a home and making her last weeks so comfortable. As well, thank you to the staff at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital Emergency and palliative care units for their care. <br> <br>Memorial donations may be made to the Saint Paul Parish, The Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of choice. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br></div>
