December 15, 1977 - September 17, 2015
Lavallée, Sebastien, passed away unexpectedly on September 17, 2015, at the age of 37.
Sebastien is survived by his loving wife Nancy and his beloved children, Phillip and Anthony.
He will be missed by his parents Ronald and France Lavallée; sister, Liette; God children, Théo and Alex,
as well as his in-laws, Lester and Rejeanne Roy; brothers-in-law, Jerry (Julie) Roy and Jean-Francois (Lacey) Roy; nieces, Jessilyne and Janie-Claude; nephews, William and Hugo. Sebastien is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, a large circle of friends and his special friend Keith Rose.
Visitation will be held at Fair Haven Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 from 6:00pm ~ 8:00pm and Wednesday, September 23 from 1:00pm ~ 3:00pm with the memorial service to follow in the Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment will be in Fair Haven Memorial Gardens.
In Lieu of flowers, donations for the children’s education would be appreciated by the family.
