Ronald Domingue
August 25, 1928 - October 21, 2016
Domingue, Ronald of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on October 21, 2016 at the age of 88.
Born in St. Jean Sur Richelieu, QC, August 25, 1928, he was the son of the late Dollard and Caroline (Codere) Domingue.
Ronald served in the Royal Canadian Navy for 25 years, then retired to New Brunswick and continued as a commissionaire for a few more years. He was very dedicated to the MS Society and was also active with the Knights of Columbus. He will be remembered and missed as a very devoted husband, loving father and a good friend to many.
Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Evelyn (MacEachern) Domingue; daughters, Michelle (Charles) Boudreau, Lori Domingue; sisters, Rita and Josette.
He is also survived by his grandchildren; Nicholas, Jillian, Cara, Candace, Amy, Aron, great grandchildren, Kylie, Aiden and his many nieces and nephews, and his god-sons Troy and Luc Domingue.
Aside from his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his son, Marc, daughter, Jeanine, brothers; Oscar, Archie, Claude, sisters; Beatrice, Laura and Simone.
Resting at Fair Haven Funeral Home with funeral service Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 2:00pm at Fair Haven Funeral Home.
Interment will take place in Fair Haven Cemetery. Donations in Ronald’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or the MS Society.
